Energy Performance Certificates for Andover Properties

I'm a local and independent Domestic & Commercial Energy Surveyor offering a friendly and professional service producing Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s) and floor plans for properties throughout Andover and all of the surrounding villages.

I've been fully qualified for over 18 years and an accredited Energy Assessor (DipDEA, DipNDEA, CertDOCEA, DipDGDA) authorized to produce Energy Performance Certificates and lodge them with the central register. The online link to the certificate will normally be emailed to you the same day as the Energy Assessment being carried out.

So why do we need Energy Performance Certificates? Well the answer to that is because one of the largest contributors to our global warming is the carbon dioxide we all expel from the energy our homes use and waste through poor energy efficiency measures.

Because we all wish to reduce these emissions and our carbon footprint for a better life, (not to mention saving some hard earned cash) I would need to evaluate your property to measure the impact it makes to our environment and to advise you of any energy efficiency improvements you could make to your property.

In addition to the above, it is also a legal requirement to have an EPC in place for the sale or rental of your property.
